Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Adibatala, Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with clients, and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include tracking market trends, preparing business proposals, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, and representing the company at industry events. The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of industry developments and the competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management System
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong analytical, research, and market trend analysis skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in proposal development and presentation skills
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple stakeholders
CTC: 18 LPA
Location Must be able to travel to Adibatla, Hyderbad on a daily basis.
