About Vaia
Vaia is building an AI-first platform for institutional decision-making across the investment and sustainability ecosystems.
Our platform uses a closed, private LLM architecture to help family offices, wealth managers, venture funds, asset managers, and corporates streamline workflows such as investment research, due diligence, ESG analysis, and sustainability reporting.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand Vaia’s presence among investment firms, family offices, wealth managers, and sustainability teams.
You will build relationships with institutional clients, introduce them to Vaia’s AI-powered platform, and help drive partnerships across the investment and climate ecosystem.
This role involves working closely with the founder and leadership team to build Vaia’s go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with family offices, wealth managers, venture funds, asset managers, and corporates
- Drive outbound outreach and partnership development
- Conduct product demonstrations of Vaia’s AI platform
- Convert leads into long-term institutional partnerships
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
- Represent Vaia at industry events and ecosystem forums
Preferred Background
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
- Experience working with investment firms, fintech, SaaS, or sustainability solutions
- Understanding of financial markets, investment workflows, or ESG frameworks
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
