Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ghaziabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves market research, proposal creation, lead generation, strategic planning, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to align business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships
- Well-versed in Market Research and Analysis
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the technology or software development industry is preferred
