πΉ Key Responsibilities
π Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
- Generate leads and contribute to revenue growth
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and client pitches
π€ Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
π Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs, track progress, and provide insights for business improvements
π¬ Customer Support & Service
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
π Vendor Coordination
- Manage vendor communications, order processing, and delivery tracking
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and ensure smooth coordination
π Outreach & Lead Generation
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients and vendors
- Build a strong pipeline and maintain consistent follow-ups
π― Preferred Profile
- Based in Chennai
- Experience in Urban Company, NoBroker, or Facility Management industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
