We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in Client Acquisition, and IT Recruitment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive Lead Generation through Cold Calling, LinkedIn Outreach & Email Campaigns

✔ Manage End-to-End Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

✔ Handle IT Recruitment Requirements & Client Coordination

✔ Execute Negotiation, Deal Closure & Account Growth Strategies

✔ Conduct Market Research & Competitive Analysis to identify new opportunities

✅ Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Business Development / IT Staffing

• Strong Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM Tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & MS Office

• Ability to meet/exceed KPIs

• Understanding of AI, Data Science, Automation, and Emerging Technologies (Preferred)
