Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bhiwandi. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The manager will oversee market research, develop appropriate strategies, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Research
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and excellent negotiation abilities
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies
- Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Familiarity with real estate or warehousing sectors is a plus
