Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate student leads through field activities, school visits, seminars, and local marketing initiatives.
- Build relationships with schools, coaching partners, and education consultants.
- Conduct promotional activities such as career seminars, scholarship tests, and awareness sessions.
Counselling & Admissions
- Counsel students and parents regarding Foundation, IIT-JEE and NEET programs.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
- Follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and counselling sessions.
Centre Footfall & Marketing Support
- Drive walk-ins to the centre through local campaigns and partnerships.
- Support execution of marketing activities such as seminars, test series promotions, and events.
- Maintain lead database and track conversions.
Reporting
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on leads, counselling, and admissions.
- Work closely with the Centre Head and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years experience in sales, admissions, or business development (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Experience in lead generation and field sales
- Ability to achieve admission and revenue targets
- Local market knowledge of Ujjain and nearby areas is preferred
