Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us onboard doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare brands.
Your role is not just sales.
Your role is to:
- identify healthcare businesses
- build relationships
- explain our systems clearly
- book meetings
- close high-ticket clients
Your Responsibilities1. Client Outreach
- Reach out to doctors, clinics, and healthcare brands
- Use:
- Instagram
- WhatsApp
- LinkedIn
- Calls
- Email
2. Lead Generation
- Find clinics already running ads
- Identify clinics with weak online presence
- Build lead databases
3. Meeting & Closing
- Book consultation calls
- Attend meetings with founders/doctors
- Present our patient growth systems
- Follow up and close deals
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with healthcare clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding
- Coordinate internally with the operations team
Targets & KPIs
Minimum expectations:
- Generate qualified meetings consistently
- Onboard at least 2 clients/month
- Maintain strong follow-up process
Who Should Apply

- Can speak professionally with doctors/business owners
- Is proactive and hungry for growth
- Understands sales psychology and follow-up
Preferred Experience
Bonus if you have:
- Worked in a marketing agency

- Worked with healthcare clients
- Closed deals above ₹50,000
