Role Description
As a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager based in Trivandrum, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new market opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include formulating and executing business strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and creating proposals to meet client needs. You will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across domestic and international markets.
Qualifications
- Strategic thinking, business analysis, and market research skills
- Experience in client relationship management, networking, and partnership development
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with energy storage or renewable energy sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Trivandrum with occasional travel, as needed
