Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will lead strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and promote company services to prospective clients and investors. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, preparing business proposals, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role also involves actively collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution while maintaining client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, strategic planning, and identifying investment opportunities
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering business proposals and presentations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and achieve revenue targets
- Familiarity with the hospitality or real estate sectors is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
- Conversational fluency in English and Hindi
