Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong abilities in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Opportunity Identification
- Experience with Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Closing
- Excellent Communication, Networking, and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills essential to developing business strategies
- Knowledge of the fleet management or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
