Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving overall sales growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and creating proposals to meet client needs. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Ability to conduct thorough Market Research and identify potential growth opportunities
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Relationship Management and Strategic Planning
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to diverse client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the construction materials, interior design, or building solutions industries is a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
