Job Title: Business Manager – Technical Sales (Pharma & Key Accounts)
Locations: Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore
Experience: 5–12 Years
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Technical Sales professionals with expertise in pharma engineering solutions. The role focuses on building relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and machinery OEMs while driving business growth for filtration and process system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharma and biotechnology filtration solutions
- Develop new business opportunities within pharma and biotech industries
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client support
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand new product developments
- Prepare sales reports and achieve business targets
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking activities
- Gather market feedback and customer insights for business improvements
Requirements:
- Engineering or Science background (Chemical, Biotech, Biochemistry, or Process Engineering preferred)
- Experience selling solutions to pharma plants or OEMs
- Knowledge of filtration systems, utilities, validation, and P&IDs
- Strong communication, technical, and relationship management skills
