Job Title: Business Development Manager
(Remote / Commission-Based)

Through our upcoming sister concern, peppertech.labs, we are expanding our footprint into
providing customized SaaS solutions. We are looking for a hungry, self-driven Business
Development Manager to close warm leads and expand our client base across India and
abroad.
The Role
This is a 100% Work-From-Home, results-driven role with no targets and no pressure. You will
be responsible for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals across our core service offerings with
clients globally. We provide the leads and all marketing materials, but you are also highly
encouraged to actively prospect and build your own pipeline to maximize your earnings.
What You Will Sell & Your Earning Potential
You will earn a flat 10% commission on every closed deal. With our average ticket sizes, your
earning potential is completely in your hands. The more you work, the more you earn.
- Websites (Avg. ₹50k): Earn ₹5,000 per close.
- Social Media Monthly Retainer (Avg. ₹20k): Earn ₹2,000 per month, per client.
- Branding (₹50k - ₹2 Lakhs): Earn ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per close.
- Customized SaaS (₹1 Lakh - ₹3 Lakhs): Earn ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 per close.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with and close warm inbound leads provided by our team.
Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients Pan-India and internationally who
need web development, digital marketing, branding, or custom SaaS solutions.
Conduct introductory calls, understand client requirements, and present tailored
solutions using our provided marketing collateral.
Manage the sales pipeline independently from pitch to successful conversion.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum1 year of proven experience in sales, ideally in B2B, IT, or Agency sales.
- A solid understanding of the digital landscape (Websites, Branding, Social Media, SaaS).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suited for both domestic
- and international clients.
- A self-starter mentality comfortable working in a fully remote, commission-driven structure.
