Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and strategizing to drive sales growth. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves collaborating with the creative team, managing partnerships, and contributing to marketing and promotional efforts. The role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and ensuring that clients are provided with a seamless experience in line with The Wedding Fellas’ luxury brand values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
- Experience in developing and implementing Sales Strategies
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Familiarity with Luxury or Wedding Industry sales processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
