Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Key responsibilities include creating and executing strategies for business expansion, developing partnerships, conducting market research, and managing client communication. Additionally, you will represent The Venture Hub at networking events, negotiate contracts, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the services offered to provide tailored solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation
- Strategic planning and Market Research abilities
- Strong communication, Relationship Management, and Networking skills
- Proficiency in Proposal Development and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Understanding of UAE business regulations and processes is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in consultancy or corporate services industry is an advantage
