About The Team C

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Pitch advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates through CRM.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the advertising or branding industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage enterprise clients.
- Good understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred.
