WE'RE HIRING | Partnership Development Executive
At The Soul Concept, we help transform spaces through styling, storytelling, and thoughtful design. As we grow, we're looking for someone who can help us build meaningful industry relationships and create new business opportunities.
If you enjoy meeting people, building connections, representing a premium brand, and creating opportunities through conversations, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, furnishing stores, and other industry professionals
• Identify and develop referral and partnership opportunities
• Conduct market outreach and networking activities
• Attend industry events, launches, exhibitions, and networking gatherings
• Schedule meetings, maintain follow-ups, and nurture long-term relationships
• Represent The Soul Concept professionally across all interactions
What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• A confident, proactive, and relationship-driven personality
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
• Ability to create opportunities through conversations and connections
• A professional presence and comfort interacting in premium environments
• Prior exposure to interiors, architecture, furnishing, hospitality, luxury retail, or related industries is a plus
