Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence within the architecture, interior design, and retail community.
You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless projects that showcase our design ethos.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key clients.
- Identify and pitch new business opportunities and creative décor/lighting solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and project acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Background in home decor, lighting, furniture, or design is preferred.
- Strong network within the architect & designer community.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
