Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and developing strategic partnerships. Additional responsibilities include preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and closely collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive organizational growth and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Sales Acumen with experience in achieving revenue targets
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience working in media, publishing, or related industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
