Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive the growth of our villa portfolio and build strong relationships with property owners.
Generate and manage leads for villa onboarding
Convert leads through effective communication and negotiation
Maintain lead data and track performance
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Identify new opportunities to expand our presence
About You
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Business Development / Hospitality
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Organized, proactive, and result-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
