🎯 The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to drive our growth through strategic B2B partnerships with domestic and international travel partners.
You'll be the bridge between The Lost Compass and travel partners worldwide, driving inbound tourism revenue while building lasting relationships in the travel ecosystem.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, approach, and onboard international and domestic travel partners
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and hospitality partners
- Generate revenue through strategic B2B collaborations
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, networking events, and client meetings
- Represent The Lost Compass professionally at travel events and industry interactions
- Partner closely with founders on growth strategies and market expansion.
Client Relationship Management
- Nurture long-term partnerships for repeat business and account growth
- Understand partner needs and deliver customised travel solutions
- Ensure seamless communication throughout the sales cycle
- Provide exceptional relationship management and after-sales support.
Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels
- Monitor travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Support branding and visibility initiatives in the travel ecosystem.
✅ Who You Are
Requirement Details: Experience Minimum 1 year in inbound tourism, B2B travel sales, or Indian DMC sales.
Preferred Background Experience with travel agencies, tour operators, or hospitality partners.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Global Mindset, Comfortable interacting with international clients and global partners.
Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, independent.
Environment: Thrives in a fast-paced startup setting.
Passion: Genuine love for travel, culture, and experiential tourism.
Location: Delhi-based candidates preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 4,20,000 to 5,40,000 p.a
Incentives: Upto 10% commision on business generated.
Performance Bonus: ₹ 10,000 salary increment upon achieving partnership milestones.
