Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mengio for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and managing sales pipelines. Key responsibilities include strategizing growth opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating and closing deals, and working collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams. The Business Development Manager will represent the company professionally to clients and ensure business goals are effectively met.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Partnership Building.
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Closing Deals.
- Experience in Market Research and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the interior and exterior installation industry or a similar field is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
