We are hiring a Business Development Manager at The Green Hype.
We are a Jaipur-based creative agency working with brands in EdTech, Study Abroad, QSR, and Sports — clients like Meridean Overseas, GLA University, Careers360, and Padel India.
We need someone who can build a pipeline, close deals, and grow revenue — not just manage existing clients.
📌 What you will own:
→ Lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach or cold calling
→ Writing pitches, proposals, and capability decks
→ Running outreach sequences that actually get replies
→ Full pipeline ownership — cold DM to signed contract
→ Performance marketing for inbound lead gen (Meta, Google) — a plus
→ Representing TGH at relevant industry events and communities
📌 Tools you should know:
→ LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo.io for prospecting
→ Notion or similar for pipeline tracking
→ Instantly / Lemlist for email sequences
→ Canva or Google Slides for decks
→ Understanding of Meta Ads Manager (bonus)
→ Ai tools like claude and other such workflows.
📌 Who we are looking for:
→ 1–4 years in B2B sales or agency business development
→ Can write a pitch that does not sound like a pitch
→ Owns the full pipeline independently
→ Bonus: sold creative or marketing services before
📌 What we offer:
→ ₹28k - 40k (based on experience and interview round) fixed + 5–8% incentive on deals closed
