We are hiring a Business Development Manager (Field / Offline Role) for our Interior Design Studio in Noida.
This role is strictly for someone who can generate real, on-ground leads — not through ads, SEO, or social media.
What we are looking for:
• Ability to build strong relationships with architects, builders & contractors
• Willingness to visit offices, sites, and actively pitch our services
• Existing network in the construction / real estate industry is highly preferred
• Someone who is confident enough to open doors and close conversations in business
Your core responsibility:
Bring in qualified interior project leads through offline channels and convert them into active projects.
Important filter:
If your experience is limited to digital marketing, social media, or running ads, this role is NOT for you.
