About the Company

With strong sourcing capabilities and industry expertise, The Gift Lounge specializes in customized corporate gifting solutions for brands, corporates, and marketing agencies, helping companies create memorable gifting experiences for employees, clients, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate business for Corporate Gifting & Promotional Merchandise, including festive campaigns, employee engagement kits, brand promotions, and corporate events.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with corporates and handle accounts from enquiry to payment follow-up.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized gifting solutions with product samples, curated hampers, and competitive proposals.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining margin targets.
• Coordinate with vendors, sourcing, packaging, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolve concerns professionally, and drive repeat and referral business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or branding industry
• Experience working with corporate clients, agencies, or gifting companies preferred
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and client handling ability
• Good corporate network in Bangalore preferred.
