We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) who can build strong industry relationships, onboard corporate clients, and drive business growth in the interior and décor segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the interior and décor industry
- Identify and onboard architects, interior designers, builders, developers, corporates, and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers for long-term business growth
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closure
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Generate leads through networking, references, field visits, exhibitions, and industry events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales pipeline and market updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in interiors, home décor, furniture, lighting, building materials, or related industries
- Strong experience in B2B client onboarding and relationship management
- Good network with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients will be preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting
