Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of successful sales experiences in premium Hotels or Business Centres
- Fluency in English a must
- Energetic, social, and outgoing
- Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline
- Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts
- Able to negotiate with decision-makers, executives, and CEO’s
- Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills
- Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks
- Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries

Sales process (information extraction)
Follow up sequences and chase dates
Handles sales enquiries
Prepare office proposal
Set up appointments and sales tour for prospects
Closing the deal
License Agreement preparation
Marketing
Managing database
Pre-opening marketing plan
Implement marketing initiatives
Identify joint marketing partners
Organise special promotions with hotels, property agents and business associations
Build relations and coordinate with local Business Chambers and Associations
Actively participate in networking events and functions
