Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. We are looking for a hungry, results-driven BDR who can own the entire top-of-funnel: from cold outreach to booking qualified demos. This is not a call center job - this is a founding sales role for someone who wants to build a
sales engine from scratch.
Salary: Upto 60K + Commissions
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 50+ qualified leads per month through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Book 15-20 qualified demos per month with decision-makers
- Own the full lead generation cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo booking
- Build and manage outreach campaigns across multiple channels
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach at scale
- Qualify leads using BANT/MEDDIC frameworks
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM (we use HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate with sales team to refine ICP and messaging
- Handle objections, follow up persistently, and close meetings
- Manage parallel workflows: SaaS prospects AND service-based customers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (MUST have SaaS experience)
- Proven track record: Hit/exceeded quota consistently (give us numbers!)
- Experience generating qualified leads, not just booking random meetings
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and buyer personas
- Self-starter mentality - you don't need hand-holding
- Can handle rejection, pressure, and high-volume outreach
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Startup mentality: scrappy, resourceful, ownership-driven
