Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing client prospecting, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation Tools, and CRM platforms
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the digital marketing industry is a strong advantage
