As we grow our IVF and women’s health services, we are looking for a dynamic individual to strengthen our doctor engagement and outreach efforts.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Executive who will work closely with clinics and doctors across Gurgaon and peripheral areas to build strong professional networks and increase patient inflow for our IVF department.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and map potential doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers in Gurgaon and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with gynecologists, physicians, and other relevant specialists
- Regularly meet doctors to introduce hospital services and create awareness about IVF, maternity, and surgical offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of patients coming through doctor networks
- Track interactions, maintain a database of doctor connections, and follow up consistently
- Gather on-ground market insights, competitor activities, and patient flow trends
- Represent the hospital professionally in all external interactions
Who We’re Looking For- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in meeting and interacting with doctors and clinic staff
- Self-driven and comfortable with fieldwork
- Good understanding of local healthcare ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory)
- Organized, with the ability to track and manage multiple relationships
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or pharma fieldwork is a plus
