We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth for our EdTech solutions, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and Online Examination Proctoring solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with educational institutions, universities, training centers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for LMS, CRM, and Examination Proctoring solutions
- Identify and connect with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and corporate training organizations
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for successful implementation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and industry networking activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in EdTech or SaaS products
- Experience selling LMS, CRM, ERP, or online assessment/proctoring solutions is preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle institutional and enterprise clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
