Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and working with teams to develop proposals and presentations. The manager will also oversee the BD team, focus on building rapport with the leads and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence while representing Tesla Outsourcing Services in a professional manner.
BE/BARCH/MBA with Marketing and sales experience of minimum 4 to 5 years
Shifts: USA / UK shifts
Salary Range: 6 LPA to 9 LPA + Incentives
Weekends off
Immediate joining will be preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English along with presentation abilities and convincing skills.
- Proven ability in client relationship management and business development
- Experience in handling business development team
- Knowledge of BIM, and AEC industry standards is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple department and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
