Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and target-driven Business Development professionals (Executives/Managers) to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand TERV PRO’s presence across educational institutions and enterprises. This role is ideal for both freshers (BDE) and experienced professionals (BDM) who are eager to build a career in the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across colleges, universities, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Placement Officers, HRs, and Decision Makers)
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and client proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams (Training, Operations, Marketing) for seamless execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest growth strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
- 0–2 years (BDE) | 2–5 years (BDM) of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability (or strong intent) to achieve targets
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech, Training, or Skilling industry
- Exposure to B2B / Institutional sales
- Experience working with colleges or universities
