Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site role based in Kanpur. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, strategizing sales and marketing plans, analyzing trends within the industry, and achieving revenue targets. Additional tasks involve delivering presentations, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Networking Skills
- Ability to identify new opportunities and generate innovative solutions
- Knowledge of the technology and networking industry is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
