Client Development Manager – IT Staffing | Contract Hiring

Your story
- You are an experienced Client Development Manager, Account Manager or Business Development professional with a background in IT staffing, contract hiring or professional services.
- You are commercially sharp, you understand margins, rates, renewals and what it actually takes to grow revenue in a competitive market.
- Your clients know your name. You have built real relationships with hiring managers, TA leads and senior stakeholders not just transactional connections, but partnerships that generate consistent demand.
- You know how to open doors. Whether it's an existing account with untapped potential or a brand-new name on your target list, you are comfortable creating opportunities from scratch.
- You work hand in hand with delivery. You understand that a great client relationship means nothing without a strong close and you take ownership of the full cycle from first conversation to billing start.
- You thrive on targets and have the discipline to back ambition with pipeline hygiene, CRM accuracy and structured follow-through.
- You are frustrated by businesses that limit your potential. You want the tools, the support and the freedom to actually do what you're best at.
The opportunity
- A dual-focus role: expanding existing accounts and actively winning new business across contract and contingent hiring.
- You will own a portfolio of assigned clients while simultaneously building your own pipeline of new relationships in the market.
- You will engage at multiple levels hiring managers, procurement, vendor management, TA teams to generate consistent vacancy flow and keep the funnel moving.
- You will work closely with our delivery teams to drive quality submissions, fast turnarounds and high conversion ratios.
- You will lead commercial conversations with confidence: rates, margins, renewals, extensions and volume pricing.
- You will have full visibility of your numbers and the tools to manage them pipeline, revenue, risk and market intelligence all in one place.
