Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Growth Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The Business Growth Executive will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports on key performance metrics. Additionally, the role requires active participation in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the value of telKosh’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management
- Market Research and Data Analysis abilities to identify trends and opportunities
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving capabilities for achieving business growth objectives
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of MVAS solutions and related industries
- Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
