We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate leads through various channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop business strategies to increase market share
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation is mandatory
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Banking / Insurance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary : 3.00 to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
