Experience: 1+ Years in Sales in any industry
CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA + Incentive
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Develop sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned area.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
Ideal Profile:
- Min. 1 years field sales experience
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Strong presentation and people skills
- Local candidate preferred
- Open to team-building responsibilities
