Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a strategic role in driving business growth and fostering relationships with key clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires periodic market analysis to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management.
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel as required for client meetings and business purposes.
- Knowledge of the furniture industry or experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking sales activities and performance.
