Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a background in architecture and experience in lighting, automation, stone, or related fields. The ideal candidate will leverage existing architectural networks to drive business growth and promote home automation solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the home automation, lighting, stone, and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and builders.
- Leverage an established network within the architectural community to expand business reach and market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote smart home systems, lighting, and energy-efficient products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product integration in architectural designs.
- Attend industry events and network to raise company visibility and connect with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of business development experience, preferably in home automation or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of home automation technologies and related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
