Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Pune Division. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying, creating, and nurturing business opportunities to achieve organizational growth. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, devising and executing business strategies, conducting market research to identify trends, and representing the company in client meetings and industry events. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements and support revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and B2B client acquisition.
- Strong skills in Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Networking.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and IT solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive business goals and achieve targets.
