Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Nashik, Mumbai & Pune. The responsibilities include identifying and establishing relationships with potential business partners and clients, driving business growth initiatives, and creating strategic plans for market expansion. The role requires developing proposals, conducting market research, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition
- Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities
- Market research and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in waste management or sustainability-focused industries is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
