Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to drive company growth. Key responsibilities include researching industry trends, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to identify and fulfill client needs. The role will also involve meeting sales targets, participating in networking events, and exploring avenues to expand client engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Strategic planning and business analysis capabilities
- Proven ability in market research and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with software development processes and IT consultancy is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a bonus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
