Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, onboarding new clients, negotiating contracts, creating partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support industry-specific solutions and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills
- Capabilities in market research, lead generation, and client needs assessment
- Proven experience in negotiation and contract management
- Strategic thinking and ability to establish long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of renewable energy or solar energy systems is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related fields
- Flexibility to occasionally travel for client meetings or site visits
