Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting IT services including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
- Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships
- Promote services such as IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and IT Staffing
- Schedule meetings and deliver effective sales presentations
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-driven and target-focused
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in IT services sales / business development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud / Cybersecurity sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Exposure to domestic or international market
