Objective: Acquire new customers, expand markets, and drive growth to help double business in 24–36 months.
Job Description
A. New Customer Acquisition
- Identify and acquire OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2 customers in automotive, appliances, industrial, FMCG, healthcare, electronics sectors.
- Prospect through visits, databases, LinkedIn, exhibitions, references, clusters.
- Gather detailed customer requirements.
B. RFQ Handling
- Capture technical specs, drawings, tolerances, application details.
- Coordinate with technical team to get BoM and costing inputs.
- Prepare and submit commercial quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, tooling charges, and payment terms.
C. Pipeline & Sales Planning
- Track leads → RFQs → samples → approvals → orders.
- Report weekly and monthly pipeline status.
D. Market Expansion
- Identify new industries for molded rubber components.
- Scan competitor strengths, pricing, and materials.
- Propose new products and opportunities.
E. Coordination
- Ensure timely samples, approvals, PPAP documentation, and tooling readiness for new accounts.
- Handover the account to technical sales team after order is stable.
