Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves developing sales strategies, implementing plans to meet or exceed business targets, conducting market analysis, and leading client presentations. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills for conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Team leadership skills with experience in motivating and managing sales teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
