Experience: 5 to 15 Years in the IT Industry
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
Salary: 6L - 8LPA (based on experience and skills). (Additional Perks for Experts)
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive
sales and expand our market presence in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of business development, client acquisition, and relationship
management apart from bringing in his own set up clients & database. Should have some
experience of leading the business development team, set goal for the team, self, track and
achieve it too. Should have experience & expertise in building weekly, monthly & quarterly
MIS, target & achievement reports. If you have strong communication, follow up &
negotiation skills, apart from passion & drive for executions in IT service industry, we want to
hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT service sector.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and
customer satisfaction.
● Strategize & through networking, cold calling, and industry research etc., get the
team work to generate leads
● Conduct market research to identify new ways of generating leads
● Develop and execute strategic biz development plans to achieve revenue targets.
● Efficiently guide the team qualify the leads into prospects
● Strongly follow up, communicate, set up meetings, share relevant information &
documents to clients to convert the prospects into wins
● Collaborate with the tech analysts & technical team to offer customized tech
solutions to clients.
● Manage the entire business cycle, from lead generation to prospecting to closing
deals.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
● Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and market trends.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.
● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
● Should have experience or exposure to lead the business development teams.
● Should be able to demonstrate the ability to set sales target & achieved in the
past
