Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The Manager will also oversee market analysis, customer needs assessments, and the development of tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth and close deals effectively
  • Strategic planning and market analysis abilities to identify and capitalize on opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software
  • Self-motivation and organizational skills to work independently in a remote setting
  • Previous experience in the furniture or design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
